Kreekview is conveniently located to Hwy 31, I-65, and I-459. From Hwy 31 take Columbiana Rd. and we are the second community on the left going up street. You can find our Leasing Office located directly behind the community pool.

Pet Policy

Kreekview is a Pet Friendly Community. Strict breed restrictions apply whereby NONE of the following breeds OR mixed breeds will be permitted unless an interview with some of the listed breeds or mixed breeds are approved by management. The following restrictions apply to: German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Mastiffs, Dalmatians, Akita, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Alaskan Husky/Malamutes, Pit Bulls, American Bulls, or any other species commonly referred to as "pit bulls." The office must hold a current picture of your pet with an up to date vaccination record in the apartment file throughout your stay. A leash must be used for walking pets. Male cats must be neutered and Females spayed. YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG. $350.00 for 1 dog and an addition $150.00 for 2 dogs.
